About Art S'Cool
Art S'Cool brings together making, learning and creative exploration. Through art, animation and hands-on experiences, Art S’Cool helps children and adults develop confidence, curiosity and creative independence.
It is a creative studio built on the belief that Art is for Everyone.

Artist, Designer, Teacher
Art S'Cool is led by Stacy, an artist, designer and qualified educator whose experience spans the creative industries, primary education and her own studio practice.
Her background brings together two sides of the same idea: understanding how creativity works in the real world and helping young people develop the confidence and skills to explore it for themselves.
After studying Art and Design and Fashion, Stacy worked in the fashion industry, including with independent British brand Paul Smith. She later moved into education, gaining a PGCE in Primary Education and going on to lead art within a local primary school.
A long-standing interest in theatre and film also led to work with the local operatic society, creating props and large-scale creative elements for theatre productions.
Alongside Art S'Cool, Stacy continues her own multidisciplinary studio practice, working particularly across fashion, textiles and print.
That combination of making, designing and teaching shapes the Art S'Cool approach. Real materials, creative processes and technical skills sit alongside curiosity, experimentation and the freedom to develop individual ideas.
Why Art S'Cool?
Art S'Cool was created to be the kind of creative space Stacy always wanted to find- welcoming, inspiring and centred around making.
A place where creativity is taken seriously, curiosity is encouraged and people of all ages are given the confidence to explore ideas, learn new skills and enjoy the process of being creative.
Whether drawing, painting, sculpting, animating or simply experimenting, Art S'Cool is built on the belief that art really is for everyone.
